Job Responsibilities

  • The management of land and wayleave matters with the relevant authorities and affected communities.
  • Provide advisory services to the Contractor’s and technical team on matters related to land and wayleave.
  • Provide advisory, support and technical services on land surveying and mapping.
  • Liaise with the Land and Survey Department on the land acquisition/subdivision survey for projects.
  • Enforcement and provide preventive measures to safeguard company land & properties.
  • Custody, registry, and safe-keeping of survey maps/plans and survey-related documents & computation.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of survey tools and equipment.
  • Responsible for monthly reports on land matters for Monthly Progress Report and Steering Committee Meeting.
  • Problem Solving / Challenge :
  • Dealing with Government Department agencies therefore requires high self-confidence and good interpersonal skills.
  • Managing stakeholders from different backgrounds and influences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 6-9 years of relevant working experience
