Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all wayleave matters and issues are resolved ahead of time.
  • Provide guidance and directions to subordinates in terms of executing responsibilities to ensure a competent and motivated team.
  • Setting and agreeing objectives, goals and targets within the team in the execution of project tasks.
  • Organize and conduct civic assemblies and explain to the local communities on Company’s plans, procedures for crops/land compensation, etc., to ensure smooth progress in construction.
  • Liaise with other divisions, both internally and externally with Government Department, Community Leaders and contractors.
  • Responsible and accountable for the effective coordination and collaboration of Wayleave teams by monitoring work-flow, progress and results.
  • Measures the performance of Wayleave teams against desired results.
  • Problem Solving / Challenge :
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dealing with multinational companies on project quality activities.
  • Applying practical engineering solution to challenging ground conditions particularly in hydropower project.
  • Aligning different packages according to scope of works and interface points defined in contract.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 0-3 years of relevant experience
