Job Responsibilities
- Lead, evaluate and develop project quality process and deliverables.
- Coordinate in preparation and implementation phase project quality activities and work out execution phase project quality activities.
- Evaluate and manage sustain phase project quality activities.
- Lead, summarize, conclude and make recommendation based on analysis related to project quality process and deliverables.
- Facilitate project quality trainings to interested parties.
- Involved in assigned project quality tasks in relation to standardization, alignment & implementation and compliance management of project technical assurance (QA/QC).
- Support, propose and align project quality process, procedure and supporting documents.
- Manage continual project quality improvement opportunities
- Problem Solving Challenge
- Managing internal and external stakeholder i.e. Asset Owners, Authority bodies, Consultants and Contractors.
- Meeting project original timeline when there is scope creep to the project work scope.
- Working in a project team matrix environment.
- Dealing with multi-national companies on project quality activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Min 6-9 years of relevant working experience, with preference to those who have been involved with major Hydropower development project.
