  • Job Responsibilities

      • Ensuring the implementation of Human Resource activities (management and development employees also company organizations) and General Affairs (transportation, accommodation, maintenance of company assets, etc.) in order to support company operational activities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Psychology or Management or Law or related
        • Minimum 3 years experience in HRGA, preferably experience in HR Operations in Fuel or Coal Industry
        • Having experience in recruitment & selection management, and office administration
        • Having experience using the SAP system is a plus
        • Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
