  • Job Responsibilities
        • Creating plans and implementing Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) programs.
        • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of CSER programs.
        • Example: coordinating with the Environmental Department for Composting Program, Waste Management Program.
        • Managing and reviewing proposals from communities that may be included in the CSER program.
        • Ensuring that the programs are executed within the allocated budget.
  • Job Requirements
        • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, anthropology, communication, community empowerment, or related field.
        • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
        • Previous experience in rural areas and community development projects.
        • Prior experience in the energy and sustainability sector is a plus.
        • Established relationships with community leaders and local government officials are a plus.
        • Knowledge of local dialects (Lundayeh and Punan) is a plus.
        • Proficiency in English, photography, and videography skills are a plus.
