- Job Responsibilities
-
- Performing remuneration calculations in the system in accordance with company policies, as well as ensuring accurate and timely payroll every month.
- Check and control the accuracy of all types of payroll transactions and process them into the system so that accurate and up to date transaction data is available.
- Make reports and payroll analysis and submit them to related parties so that all company expenditure activities related to payment of salaries/wages can be properly documented.
- Perform registration, calculation and payment of BPJS for employment and health and assist in the process of claims, transfers and termination of membership so that employees can fulfill their obligations and obtain their rights.
- Carry out part of the recruitment process including the offering stage, making work agreements and hiring into the system in accordance with company policies and applicable procedures.
- Facilitate and carry out actions in the internal mobilization process system (mutation and rotation) in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and make periodic continuous improvements to SOP and HR service policies according to organizational policies and dynamics.
- Identify, implement, evaluate, and make preparations for audits related to HR Services.

- Job Requirements

- S1 All majors.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of HR Services / HR Generalist.
- Advance in data analysis using ms. office.
- Have knowledge and can operate SAP-HANA.
- Strong in compensation & benefit matters (analysis, planning, policy, and implementation).
- Strong in Labor Regulation.
- Strong in Improvement & Business Process.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan.
