  • Job Responsibilities
        • Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s site training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc. 
        • Assist in and conduct periodic HSE audits to ensure the site complies with environmental permits and company’s HSE standards. 
        • Ensure HSE critical elements are inspected and maintained as per plans.
        • Tracking and closing out of HSE action items, including actions from internal and external audit findings.
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Health & Safety (K3)/Public Health/Engineering 
        • Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE Trainer 
        • Have competence in structuring Training Need Analysis (TNA) in the area ofHealth and Environment Management Standard, HSE Management System Sylabus, and Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA or AMDAL)
        • Have profound knowledge about K3LH 
        • Have excellent public speaking skills
        • Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site (roster based)
