Responsible for preparing Company Policies, establishing and monitoring integrated management system, continuous improvement, as well as analyzing the operational process and compiling the implementation of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) process for the company in accordance with company standard and ensuring PDCA process in Company runs well to support the Company’s strategic management process.

• Lead and facilitate short term (1Y) and long term (5Y) objectives from Directorate including work plan and budget to ensure the conformity between approved 5Y 1Y Company plan with the work plan of each Directorate and Department.
• Responsible for preparing Company Policies, establishing and monitoring integrated Management System, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement as well as analyzing the operational process and compiling the implementation of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) process for the company in accordance with company standard and ensuring PDCA process in Company runs well to support the Company’s strategic management process.
• Develop integrated management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards and company policies.
• Develop, run, evaluate, and improved all Innovation Policies, Procedures, Standard Parameter, Guidelines, and system that implement in Company
• Facilitate and organize periodic meeting to discuss the progress of PDCA according to calendar of event to ensure the agreed action plans are implemented and reported in documented manner.
• Ensure the implementation of PDCA in company operational activities so the activities carried out in accordance with 1Y policy that has been determined and compiling BOD Review, Corporate Review and Corporate Management Report to BOD and Company.
• Control and coordinate the compliance report of Lenders in accordance with CTA and applicable standards in order to meet compliance needs.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major (Master Degree is preferable)
• Minimum 8 years of experience as Management System Specialist, PDCA Specialist  or similar position from industrial plant/ power plant project or operations
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System, Business Improvement
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster)
