Monitoring the operational activities (tug & barge, loading & discharging activities) throughout the project to ensure that the fleet activity are operated safely and efficiently.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical or held ANT III.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipping or other similar industries
• Minimum 4 years of sea service, and 2 years as Master on board.
• Analyse and determine improvement steps related to Fleet barging operational activities.
• Coordination with related parties in the barging & transhipment process
• Understanding about ISM & ISPS code implementation
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, or South Sumatra.
