Maintenance Planning Crusher by making a maintenance schedule for the crusher so that crusher maintenance can be carried out properly and prepare replacement spare parts for the components to be replaced
Understand Crusher Maintenance, perform routine maintenance so as to prevent unschdule breakdown
Ensuring the availability of sufficient and efficient electricity in operating crusher equipment, other supporting equipment on shifts that are his responsibility so that the entire plant can operate optimally and generator fuel consumption remains under control.
Ensure that all operational activities in the crusher area on shifts for which they are responsible run in accordance with the K3LH (SMKP) regulations applicable in the company to avoid losses to the company and employees due to accidents.
Evaluate and prepare standard procedures and standards related to crusher operational activities, so that all activities can run effectively, efficiently and under control.
