Responsible for the operational activities of pumping operation (Dewatering/Slurry) at each location to run according to the plans and targets that have been set.

• Give direction/briefing at the beginning of each shift ( P5M ).
• Induction to new employees or guests.
• Ensure the work is carried out per work standards (SOP & JSA).
• Ensure equipment, safety equipment, and precautions are in need already available.
• Inspect all aspects of safety in the work environment. 
• Supervise all crew activities.
• Ensure the achievement of production and quality according to the target/plan.
• Ensure adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as adequate environmental conditions safe enough for the crew to be working
• Create work reports and documentation

• Vocational High School or Associate Degree (D3), preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
• Min. 3 years’ experiences as Lead Operator (Group Leader) for Dewatering/Slurry Pump
• Broad experience and proven skills in the pump industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication and Leadership skills.
• Willing to be located at all sites.
