Implement and maintain the Quality Management System; Occupational, Safety, Health and Environment (SMK3L) and the company's Continuous Improvement Program (TEBP, QCC & SS). 

• Monitor, coordinating and implementing SMK3L, including: SMK3L documents (SOP, INK/JSA, Form, etc), facilitate training related SMK3L (Awareness & Internal Auditor), periodic socialization of SMK3L documents, facilitate management review meetings, facilitate SMK3L internal audit, and facilitate SMK3L external audit 
• Monitor, coordinating and implementing CIP Program Implementation, including : conduct training related to CIP (Member, Leader, Facilitator & Jury), facilitate and provide guidance to the CIP team/initiator in implementing improvement ideas, create knowledge management for all CIP initiatives, periodic socialization of the company's CIP program, collaboration in the implementation of corporate conventions and group/holding level
• Monitor and coordinating implementation of environmental aspects in daily work 
• Monitor and coordinating implementation OSH aspects in daily work   

• Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
• Minimum 3 years experience in Document Control / Management System / Operational Exellence
• Good understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 
• Have exposure as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 
• Good knowledge in Leader-Facilitator Program
• Good knowledge and exposure in Training for Trainer 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill 
• Multi-tasking ability and able to work independently as well as in a team 
• Willing to be based in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan without roster system
