Ohs Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of Employees, Contractor and Guests OHS induction
  • Management of K3 Basic Training for Employees and Contractors 
  • Reviewing K3 documents (HIRA, Working Permit, JSA, WI, etc)
  • Development and supervision of implementation the Safety Accountability Program (SAP) 
  • Development and supervision of implementation the Contract Safety Management System (CSMS)
  • Development and supervision of implementation the K3 nd K2 Monitoring and Measurement
  • Development and supervision of implementation the Occupational Health (IHOH - Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health) program
  • Development and supervision of implementation Feasibility Inspection for the Installation Infrastructure and Equipment
  • Facilitate the implementation of OSH incident investigations and follow up on recommendations. In oder to providing corrective and preventive actions
  • Facilitate the implementation of Adaro's SMK3 and SMK2
  • Coordinator of the Emergency Response Team (ERT - Emergency Response Team) and emergency drills
  • Coordinator of the Emergency Response Team (ERT - Emergency Response Team) and emergency drills
  • Responsible for statistical Analysis of Company OHS Performance based on Lagging and Leading Indicators

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position from related industry, prefably from power plant
  • Good knowledge in Ahli K3 Umum, Electrical Safety, Emergency Response, Health & Safety Management, Fire Fighting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Willing to be placed at Tanjung Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan with non-roster system
