  • Job Responsibilities
        • Collecting annual income and expenditure budgets from all departement for preparing company's annual budget
        • Supporting budget compilation activities from all departments for estimating company's overall budget
        • Input budget compilation data from all departments into the finance & accounting system database to estimate total budget company
        • Input annual budget company to system Axapta for support and monitoring in budget control
        • Controlling and reviewing the budget during the current year, so the budget match with company budget plan
        • Evaluating the budget proposal from each department in term of completeness, accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
        • Supervise and ensure expenses according to budget plan
  • Job Requirements
        • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
        • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Budgeting, Finance or Accounting
        • Advance skill in cost control management, cash flow management, financial planning & budgeting, and financial data analytic
        • Financial modelling and SAP are a plus
        • Proficiency in Ms. Excel (Lookup function, IF function, etc)
        • Good communication, influencing skill, and interpersonal skill
        • Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
        • Willing to be place in Head Office, South Jakarta
