        • Work on vendor sourcing, tender projects, preparing CQS (Comparison Quotation Summary) to ensure the orders match with users requirements
        • Ensure the delivery goods on time
        • Responsible for vendor review & feedback report
        • Purchase documentation
  • Job Requirements
        • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major
        • Having minimum 3 years experience on procurement/purchasing field including vendor tendering, negotiation, vendor sourcing, etc.
        • Being able to manage dealing with multiple parties both internal and external, ensuring the SLA works on schedule to meet users' expectation
