  • Job Responsibilities
        • Implement and monitor the process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees in the company so as to get employees with quantity, quality, and qualifications in accordance with company needs.
        • Ensure that personnel activities related to compensation & benefits as well as attendance processes run effectively, optimally and efficiently to support the smooth operation of the company.
        • Reviewing the Organization Development function to ensure the achievement of integration between workers and processes involved in the company's business processes.
  • Job Requirements
        • S1 Psychology (S2 Psychology Profession is preferred)
        • Minimum 5 years experience in the same position, personnel and Organization Development function
        • Good understanding of recruitment process
        • Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
