Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring and follow up routine inspection’s result about environment
- Preparing work plan and programs related to monthly and annually environmental maintenance
- Monitoring reclamation activities from planning to execution for ensuring the activities suitable with applicable provisions and procedure
- Ensuring preventive and corrective action from departments or company partners related to environmental. Also ensuring HSE issue under company’s operational area suitable with applicable provisions and procedure
- Monitoring potential of environmental pollution or hazard in operational area are identified and follow up according to applicable regulations
- Ensuring all company partners (under company operational) are comply with company’s environmental standard, such as HSE management, SMKP and mining operational safety
- Ensuring all working area (who have an impact on employee health conditions) have been managed properly to minimized the potential of occupational disease (PAK)
- Reviewing and analyzing the report related to environmental section, so they can be used as corporate accountability material to the government and other stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or K3
- Minimum 3 years experience of working as environmental section head
- Advance competencies in environmental engineering, operational safety, safety & health management, and mining operational management
- Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
- Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan
