  • Job Responsibilities
        • Collects, organizes, and compiles field data into a series of reports that are distributed on a timely basis.
        • Assists in collecting field submissions report for the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports.
        • Builds a strong relationship with contractor or subcontractor, field engineer, Team Leaders and Coordinators to ensure timely collection of data.
        • Utilizes IT applications to extract and present relevant data elements, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Job Requirements
        • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degreee qualifications.
        • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
        • Mastery of spoken and written English and Mandarin is must.
        • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines.
        • Strong skills in graphical presentation of data with specific knowledge of and experience with databases; computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
