Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Plant equipment according to applicable procedure and standard to reduce the house load power in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of Plant operations.
- Conduct all required action in emergency situation on equipment operation to ensure safe operation for equipment and manpower and prevent equipment tripped in accordance with procedure.
- Communicate with field operator to check equipment condition in order to ensure the parameter on DCS and field is accurate and solve any potential trouble in accordance with procedure.
- Conduct information exchange with personnel of next shift regarding plant situation and condition in order to ensure the personnel of next shift is aware of arising issue.
- Conduct observation and analyze the trend of equipment parameter on DCS and field to ensure the follow up action required is accurate before report to Shift Leader and Maintenance Department.
- Operate change over equipment according schedule and procedure in order to achieve the availability of equipment operations.
- Conduct equipment Isolation (LOTO) by system accurately and timely manner in accordance with Permit-to-Work Procedure to ensure the safety of maintenance activity.
- Conduct 5R activities in working area to ensure the cleanliness and safety condition in accordance with standard and procedure.
- Implement the K3LH regulation, procedures & working instructions and applicable Management System in Operations Department in accordance with Company policy in order to achieve Company objective, Zero Accident & Zero Environmental Pollution and Power Plant operational target and quality standard.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as same position in Coal-Fired Power Plant operation
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
