General Affair Staff

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining records of all General Affair-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents)
  • Maintaining a proper filing system
  • Ensure timely payments for all related vendors in Adaro Water
  • Arrange tickets, accommodation and transport for business trip both domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense 
  • Maintain reimburse forms from the employees
  • Manage over the office work environment and office products: Office supplies , leased equipment, fixed assets, IT facilities, etc. 

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from any majors
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in General Affair
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Computer literacy especially in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Familiar with ERP System.
  • Good communication & collaboration skills
  • Role flexibility, excellent time management & multitasking
  • Understood Supply-Chain that includes INCO Terms
