Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and providing data on company regulations and government regulations related to employment.
  • Conducting negotiations and other activities in the context of resolving labor problems or disputes between the company and employees in accordance with the applicable negotiation procedures.
  • Make periodic reports on the company's employee conditions to stakeholders.
  • Analyze the level of violations that occur in the employee environment and apply sanctions to create conducive working conditions.
  • Establish communication and good relations between the Union and employees with the company

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Law.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
  • Understand the current labor laws and understand the industrial relations process.
  • Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have knowledge about K3LH.
  • Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan.
