Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing and providing data on company regulations and government regulations related to employment.
- Conducting negotiations and other activities in the context of resolving labor problems or disputes between the company and employees in accordance with the applicable negotiation procedures.
- Make periodic reports on the company's employee conditions to stakeholders.
- Analyze the level of violations that occur in the employee environment and apply sanctions to create conducive working conditions.
- Establish communication and good relations between the Union and employees with the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Law.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
- Understand the current labor laws and understand the industrial relations process.
- Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Have knowledge about K3LH.
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan.
