Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the organizational structure and Man Power Planning according to business development
- Carry out job analysis and compose job description along with job competence profile in accordance with organizational design.
- Conducting job evaluation and recommending the grade to employees.
- Recommend key performance indicator and job goals for each position and employee.
- Monitoring and documentation the achievement of job goals of all employees.
- Analyze and develop succession planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree all major, preferably industrial engineering/management/psychology.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in the same field.
- Mastering the ability of Workload analysis, performance appraisal, man power planning, organization structure, keep performance indicator, job management, career management.
- Have knowlegde about K3LH.
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan.
