- Job Responsibilities

- Establish Project Planning including budget, project resources, timeline, and identify supporting resources to ensure good project execution.
- Performing Budget Planning, Calculations, facilitate approval, monitoring, evaluation and report
- Lead Project Execution & Monitoring in order to ensure implementation according to agreed plan, design, and specification by conducting industrial best practice, techniques, standards, regulatory compliance, social- environment values and safety standards.
- Provide consistent project updates to related stakeholders based on blue print, give recommendation and updates on relevant issues
- Proper allocation of task to teams assigned and establishing effecting team communications
- Maintain good coordination with all parties (Business Partners, Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers, Local Community, Local Government, Local Organization, etc) to ensure the project runs smoothly and avoid unnecessary interruptions. This includes align coordination with Industrial Park; seeking inputs and recommendation regarding its design and master plan
- Ensure effective and efficient allocation of resources
- Take into consideration operation and maintenance aspects of post project establishment; coordinate with relevant parties

- Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial)
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Manager
- Preferably have exposure in handling : infrastructure/industrial manufacturing/smelter construction projects
- Experience in handling green field projects will be an advantage
- Advanced skill in Project Management, Commercial and Contract Management
- Good command in English is preferable, Mandarin skill is an advantage
- Good Negotiation, Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making skills
