Job Responsibilities

  • Support in recruitment process activities for administration, documentation, and scheduling of the recruitment process
  • Support in making reports on the progress of recruitment activities
  • Create job advertisements
  • Ensure that supporting documentation for recruitment activities is available
  • Recording administration and documentation of general affairs work
  • Maintaining payment invoice for recruitment & general affair

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major with min GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and/or have 1 (one) year experience as HRGA Staff
  • Have basic knowledge of recruitment and general affair
  • Familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint
  • Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
  • Have good communication skill
