Job Responsibilities
- Support in recruitment process activities for administration, documentation, and scheduling of the recruitment process
- Support in making reports on the progress of recruitment activities
- Create job advertisements
- Ensure that supporting documentation for recruitment activities is available
- Recording administration and documentation of general affairs work
- Maintaining payment invoice for recruitment & general affair
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major with min GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and/or have 1 (one) year experience as HRGA Staff
- Have basic knowledge of recruitment and general affair
- Familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint
- Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
- Have good communication skill
