Job Responsibilities

  • Arrange Boad of Directors internal & external meetings and ensure that minutes of meeting are taken and circulated to the related parties
  • Control incoming and outgoing document such as letter in TPI Jakarta Office to ensure Company document are well maintained
  • Assist the circulation of Board of Directors signatories on documents to support Company operational activities
  • Establish and maintain document tagging, numbering and labeling procedures to ensure all documents are in order and available
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding company documents to ensure that all documents are well updated with its latest version and to keep track of document revisions

  • Perform general administrative duties such as input data Request For Approval Form (RFA) to system AX 2012 to support the company’s daily operations
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for BOD and Jakarta Office employees to ensure all business travel are done according to the prevailing policies and are done in timely manner
  • Implement the safety rules and procedures in accordance with the quality management in the Company in order to ensure the safety and smooth of Power Plant operation

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma 3 majoring in Secretary or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or office administration (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Required Competencies : Secretarial, Document Management and Office Administration
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Good communication skills
