- Job Responsibilities
-
- Manage Medical Allowance and verify the completeness of supporting documents for all employees in accordance with applicable policies before being payroll process.
- Checking employee & family medical claim receipts and coordinating with Company Doctors.
- Processing employee salaries & benefits.
- Make salary lists, salary slips, transfer reports and transfer to each employee's account, so that the fulfillment of employee rights is carried out in accordance with what has been determined and on time.
- Prepare transfer orders to employee bank accounts, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and taxes, so that transfers can be carried out properly.
- Prepare data and documents for tax reporting, make SSP and proof of tax deductions, Tax Reports (VAT, PPh) and report to the tax office, also make tax payments to the bank/pass office, and coordinate with the bank, so that the company's tax obligations can be fulfilled properly according to applicable rules.
- Carry out archives of salary data for tax purposes and handle employee complaints related to payment of salaries and other benefits.
- Create Annual Budgeting for Staff Cost and report to Finance & Accounting for the recording and payment process.
- Maintain employee data, medical benefits and employee leave into HRIS and ensure data in the HRIS system is up to date.
- Prepare employee documents (hospital guarantee letter, employment certificate, work experience letter) according to employee needs.
- Ensure that all employee personal data, both soft and hard copies, are managed properly, systematically and up to date in HRIS.
Carry out the process of paying employee compensation and benefits in accordance with the policies set by the company, so that employee rights are fulfilled in accordance with what is stipulated and on time.

- Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Accounting / Tax / Computer Science.
- Min 2 years of working experience as Payroll Staff.
- Having strong competencies in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.
- Having communication skill, logical & analytical thinking also punctuality peformance.
- Having experience using SAP system is a plus.
