Finance & Admin Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage expenses and routine expenses and making the records, in order to produce accurate monthly report. 
  • Arranging daily implementation schedules in order to support operational activities. 
  • Perform employees absences and overtime calculations in accordance with the data to provide the accurate overtime calculation recap. 
  • Filling related to company documents to ensure the administration well-ordered. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Degree, from any major 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related area
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of Ms. Office and office management software
  • Willing to be located in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
