- Job Responsibilities

- Take the lead in the implementation and regular maintenance and audit of environmental and social management plans under AMDAL and ESMP.
- Fulfill the requirements under EPAP as updated by the Lenders’ Technical Advisor (LTA) from time to time and those set by AE-QHSE Team.
- Submit regular compliance reports to the relevant Indonesian governmental authorities (e.g. AMDAL RKL/RPL monitoring reports), the Lenders (e.g. annual compliance and sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions, etc.), and AE-QHSE department as necessary.
- Monitor and instruct TPI team and any Contractors/Consultants on TPI Site to comply with TPI’s environmental and social requirements.
- Submit E&S compliance reports on a monthly basis and present to Senior Management highlighting the management and monitoring systems performance including compliance status.
Responsible to manage and monitor all environmental and social (E&S) compliance activities on site, including sampling, testing, auditing, and reporting as required under the Environmental and Social Documents (e.g. AMDAL, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), and the Equator Principles Action Plan (EPAP)), as well as any guidelines/policies set by Adaro Energy (AE). To apply the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant.

- Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Environmental Engineering or related
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Environmental Section Head/Specialist (or related) in internationally-financed power/utility/mining projects
- Proven communication, leadership and managerial skills
- Preferably having experience related to IFC-PS Reporting
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be located at Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
