Oversee and help ensure production activities, including equipment, manpower, and other support units, such as means of vehicles, employee transportation, water trucks, tower lamps, radio communications, etc. work optimally with minimum operational costs in accordance with production plans and targets and the rules and regulations that apply or have been established.

• Diploma degree in Mining, Geological, or Civil Engineering
• Have 1 year experience working at a coal mining site in the production sector
• Good competencies in Mining Operation Management, Mining Industry Knowledge, Equipment Operation Technique, Pit Service Management, and SHE awareness
• Willing to be located in Lahat, South Sumatra
