• Min Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, or Geology
• Min 4 years of working experience in coal mining production
• Strong competencies in Mine Operation Management, Mining Industry Knowledge, Equipment Operation Technique, Pit Services Management, and HSE awareness
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra
