- Job Responsibilities
-
- Conduct the administrative in the scope of human resource.
- Conduct the recording of leave, sickness, overtime, daily attendance, and business travel of employees at Site.
- Conduct the administration and the implementation of the employee’s development management (training) in accordance to applied SOP.
- Conduct the administration of employee’s annual medical check up at Site.
- Administer the recruitment and selection activities for Site requirements.
- Assist the employee event’s to improve the employee engagement.
- Assist the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual report of human resources to be reported to stakeholder.
Responsible to support of operational human resources (HR) activities at Site to ensure the human resources activities are well conducted and well recorded.

- Job Requirements

- Minimum High School graduate majoring in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources Admin.
- Good communication skill, well organize, and has attention to details.
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Willing to be placed at Tanjung Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan
