- Job Responsibilities
-
- Conduct planning, ordering, and ensuring the needs of work tools and materials needed in the process of repairing ships are met / in accordance with the work plan so that delays due to lack of materials / work tools can be avoided.
- Ensure and check equipment and safety readiness for work by conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) so that work can be carried out safely and smoothly in accordance with planning.
- Coordinating the parties involved (subcontractors & internal divisions) in the process of repairing ships so that the workmanship can run smoothly, continuously, and in accordance with the work plan.
- Supervise ship repair activities that take place to ensure that the work carried out runs effectively and efficiently.
- Support operational needs during vessel repair activities so that delays due to lack of work materials can be avoided.
- Issue and document work orders and deliver to related parties to accommodate customer requests / requests.
- Recording & documenting all technical and non-technical activities, on every project handled in the 'Project Daily Log' (Daily Basis) so that the realization of work can be monitored by superiors.
- Ensure that every activity carried out including working environment conditions has met the standards of occupational health and safety and the environment (K3LH).

- Job Requirements

- Minimum Education D3 Naval Engineering / ATT II / Electro
- Experience on Dockyard (prefer the same position) at least 2 years
- Vessel Mechanical, Electrical, Piping & Carpentry knowledge
