- Job Responsibilities

- To consolidate man power planning in each division and work closely with Business Units for determining recruitment strategy.
- To Plan and search for potential institutions that can fulfill the company’s need for talents.
- To execute all recruitment process based on business need on timely manner and determine the right sourcing strategy.
- To ensure the recruitment process comply with the companys’s policy and standard.
- To organize campus recruitment activities to support company’s branding and objectives.
- Act as a recruitment business partner by giving recommendation and help providing solution.

- Job Requirements
-
- Minimun Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Industrial Engineering, with GPA more than 3.0
- Having 2-3 years experience as Recruiter or Talent Sourcing Specialist would be preferred
- Fresh graduates with good interpersonal and high passion in HR field, are welcome to apply
- Familiarity in conducting selection procedure would be beneficial
- Good interpersonal and communication skill is a must
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written is required
