        • Bachelor degree of Mining / Geology / Industrial Engineering
        • Minimum 1 year experience
        • Having spesific background in mining and have knowlegde about mining operations
        • Having ability of people development framework and handling training (Event Organizing) and good communication skill
        • Certified TOT and other technical certificates
