- Job Responsibilities
-
- To manage a team of talented professional Engineers who develop of Life-of-Mine (LOM) plans for selected Adaro Energy’s coal IUPs or CCoW as part of a consulting service.
- Responsible for providing a consulting service for the development of LOM Plans for selected coal tenements held by Adaro Energy and its partners, consistent with corporate policy, and complementary to the Water Management Plan and Land Acquisition Plans developed concurrently Adaro Energy or its affiliates.
- Coordination of consolidated JORC and or SNI Reserves statements as required by Adaro Energy or its affiliates.
- Oversight of Financial Models for the evaluation of LOM Plans as required by Adaro Energy or its affiliates
- Identification of Strategic Opportunities at the request of Adaro Energy or its affiliates
- Oversight of the preparation and costing of Mine Closure Plans, and provision of assistance to Adaro Energy or its affiliates accounting staff for the setting of required mine closure provisionary amounts
- Identification and preliminary evaluation of alternative technology applicable to mine operations or mine planning at the request of Adaro Energy or its affiliates
- Providing technical assistance for the evaluation of assets under consideration for acquisition by Adaro Energy or its affiliates
- Management of the work of specialist consultants to maximize the cost effectiveness and quality of output for Adaro Energy or its affiliates
- Provision of assistance to Adaro Energy or its affiliates involved in internal and external corporate reporting
- Provision of regular reports regarding departmental expenditure as compared to budgeted allowances.
- Providing technical assistance to site planning teams as required by Adaro Energy or its affiliates
- Development of subordinates through training, coaching and mentoring.

- Job Requirements
-
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with min GPA 3.00
- Have min 10 years total experience in Mine Planning, with some Operations (including supervisory) experience.
- Have strong competencies in Mine design and planning, Mining operational management, Project management, and Hydrogeology
- Have strong leadership and communication skill
- Have certifications in AUSIMM Member & CPI for Reserve would be advantage
