  • Job Responsibilities
      • Plan, design (Prelim, Concept, Detail) projects as well as evaluate project design and execution to ensure projects are carried out according to clients' needs with designs that meet technical and best practice quality standards in mining, budget and scheduling.
        • Create project plans and designs including calculations and documentation (basic design, calculations, datasheets and specifications, technical drawings, BoQ) etc.) to ensure accurate and correct project calculations and documentation as well as compliance with technical quality standards, applicable HSE standards, and best practice in the mining industry.
        • Examine the project design and documents made by consultants or contractors to ensure all documents are accurate and correct and in accordance with technical quality standards, applicable HSE standards and best practice in mining industry.
        • Monitoring project implementation in the field of commissioning, including reviewing design changes proposed by the contractor during implementation to ensure project implementation according to the quality, budget and set schedule
        • Check all materials supplied for the project including their complement documents (factory certificates, quality tests in accordance with specifications etc.) to ensure no defect of material before it is received and installed
        • Monitoring includes analyzing project implementation including potential problems as well as solutions or instructions to contractors to ensure implementation of the project according to the quality, budget, and set schedule.
        • Make progress reports on a regular basis using standard reporting standards and distribute them to all interested parties in order to provide accurate and timely reports and communicate to all parties.
        • Save all project documents including images, specifications, quality certificates to make sure all the documents are neat and complete so they can and easily be searched for future needs.
        • Prepare project proposals, project implementation schedules to ensure company SOPs are followed for each new project.
  • Job Requirements
        • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or specialization in material handling for coal
        • Have min 20 years total experience in related position(s) Senior Engineering Consultant, Mechanical Engineering Consultant, and/or Commisioning Supervisor
        • Have working experience as consultant and supervisor, also have experience in material handling and conveyors.
        • Have competencies in Project Management, coal design material-handling, AutoCad, Solid Works, Helix, Belt Analyst
        • Willing to travel to Adaro Site.
