- Job Responsibilities

- Schedule all activities related to project execution, schedule critical path as well as to identify and report potential issues (case and problem areas) to ensure the availability of the master schedule as well as a complete and accurate schedule detail as a reference for the development of project milestones and contingency plans.
- Develop project budget and to ensure the budgets of all project activities have been calculated in a complete and accurate manner, including project proposal justifications.
- Develop and evaluate project cost, cost estimate, cost analysis, and negotiate with contractors / vendors if needed to ensure quotations from contractors and vendors are optimal and efficient for conducting unit cost verification in accordance with corporate procedures.
- Evaluate and verify contractor resources in accordance with the pre-determined and agreed schedule (owner & contractor) to ensure the project execution schedule which has been set can be achieved.
- Check the contractor’s progress report and valuation to ensure payment processes are in accordance with the contractor’s milestones and actual progress
- Update and evaluate project cash flow forecast periodically for all phases within the project so that use of project budget is accurate and well monitored for reporting to management.
- Prepare all data and information for the preparation of presentations and reporting to management and end-users to ensure the availability of accurate, updated, and informative reports and presentations.
Responsible for scheduling, arranging, and controlling project implementation schedule and costs, starting from planning, tender, implementation phase up to project closing to ensure project execution can be completed optimally, efficiently, and on schedule.Develop recommendations for technical civil standards for the construction of the power plant’s civil works and to provide daily and weekly progress reports to ensure construction is done according to schedule.

- Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management as Project Scheduller
- Good knowledge in Project Planner, Schedulling, Project Administration
- Familiar with Primavera
- Good communication, leadership & managerial skills
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Willing to be in contractual basis for 3 years and placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
